Time of Transition pt. 2

Reading your coaching made me have a good cry and open up to the experience I’m having right now. I also realize that I had the thought error I should be feeling calm, and self-confident all the time, and show up as my best self every day, all day. If I’m not feeling self-confident every day then I’m failing in life.
I would fill in the blank you provided as “This is just the part when I feel unsure and afraid and think to myself what I will do if things will go badly” but I would like to see this as the chapter in my life I started doing things differently, failed and learned, took risks despite being afraid and grew as a result of it. It’s the time in my life I really became an adult because of having my own flat, running two biz (coaching and Airbnb) on top of doing a Ph.D., and setting up the foundations of a successful coaching business, it’s one of my many adventures to come.
Thank you dear coach, thank you for making this life journey easier and more meaningful 🙂

Answer:

Those are wonderful thoughts to think. I’d love for you to dig into the Why of the thought, “It’s the time I really became an adult because…” Why do those things mean that you’ve really become an adult? What does having them or doing them mean for and about you?
We are so delighted to hear that you are finding the coaching helpful and meaningful, but remember, it wouldn’t be either of those things if YOU weren’t showing up for yourself. So please send some of that gratitude and love to yourself for making your own journey easier and more meaningful by being willing to grow, be vulnerable, take risks and ask for help. We’re here to support you all the way.
