Tools for when I’m self-critical in my Autumn?

In the middle of my autumn what are tools I can use to slow the self-critical, analytical, insecure overdrive of my brain and rather harness that energy for productive positive change?

But let’s turn on your imagination for a moment…visualize a future version yourself who is practiced in slowing down her self-critical, analytical, insecure brain and who harnesses that energy for productive and positive experiences during her autumn.

What would she say if she were to write a Thank You letter for all the things you’ve done while becoming this version of yourself? What wisdom does she offer? What did she do to get there? What did she stop doing? What was hard? What was surprisingly easy?
