Observation of Day 21 with love on day 23:
C: My Weight/Health/Body
F: Overwhelmingly Sad
S: My heart feels heavy, slumped shoulders, teary
A: Wrote to ask a coach, took care of myself, Do everything I can to help myself through this life long feeling that so obviously comes from not enoughness, cry, re-visit this on another day, it’s something I do not want to give up on
R: Love myself some more, understand I am doing all I can, want to do or feel able to do in this moment, noticed that a lot of my models revolve around a deep sadness that I’m yet to fully understand

What was your thought for this model? It looks to me from what you’ve written that you may be “jumping models.” do all those actions come from overwhelming sadness? Or is there another feeling that is motivating you to take care of yourself. You can have many models simultaneously.
I love the compassion you are showing yourself, and the willingness to explore that you have. Keep being curious. What do you know about your deep sadness? What is it trying to tell you in this moment? Stay present and just listen. What does it need? How can you support yourself in it?
