Thank you for the coaching in my previous question. I’ve done a model like you suggested and it already feels like I’m working with this now in a way that feels good. Would love some thoughts on the model:
C: Others perception about me
T: What if I just be myself fully
F: Free
A: Let others people know how I’m feeling/ where I’m at; if I’m on my period etc, be honest (if I’m feeling insecure etc), say the things I’m thinking, voice my opinions, not avoid questions with age instead say my age without shame, sing when asked to instead of suggesting others do it, be confident, have my own back, go easy on myself.
R: I free myself and allow myself to be me fully

In your circumstance, try thinking of a specific situation and take out anything subjective. Is there a certain person you notice yourself thinking about more than others? There are many options, just pick one that stands out to you and stick with it to take a snapshot of what’s happening.
In your thought line you have a question. Answer it. You probably have different answers for your unintentional and intentional model.
