Writing multiple submissions in ask a coach at once

I wrote a couple of different requests for coaching all at once. I am worried that it is too much and feel shame submitting all of these requests.
Baseline model
C: I make multiple submissions in ask a coach
T: I am asking for too much
F: Shame
S: I hide in my body like my center of gravity moves towards my spine, shoulders forward, belly moves backwards, tension in my belly, looking down
A: I make the submissions but feel anxious while doing so
R: I feel less confident to ask a coach another time
Intentional model:
C: I make multiple submissions in ask a coach
T: It is good that I am practicing asking for help
F: Acknowledged
S: Teary eyes, centered, my energy is moving forward to my shoulders and chest.
A: I make the submission and feel vulnerable but curious while doing so
R: I feel more capable of asking for coaching another time as well

Answer:

Great work on your models and submitting questions! It’s ok to celebrate it.  In your first model, just look at it again. You started with a circumstance of having submitted questions.  The rest is your thoughts and experience of it.  So what are your actions when you feel shame? What’s your self talk like? How do you show up in the membership when you thik you’re asking too much? And what is the result of all that for YOU?
You can do the same for your second model. Which is great as it is, but you might get more clarity if you check in with your actions and results when you feel acknowledged. It’s less about the amount of submissions and more about your relationship with you. Really that’s what all of this is about.
Now that you’ve submitted, check in with your nervous system as well.  How are you feeling? How can you help yourself to continue to allow yourself to receive coaching even when it’s a bit scary?
